For our SPanish speaking friends and neighbors, And those interested in experiencing yoga in Spanish ~ we're here to help make that happen

These classes require no previous experience, and welcome people of all ages, genders, and nationalities.

Cultivate Health, in Northwest Denver

Cultivate Health is a Regis University program supported by a grant from the Colorado Health Foundation, to enhance wellness in the environments where people live, work, and play. They "strive to support the health and wellness of more than 14,500 residents living in the multi-generational, mixed-income community adjacent to Regis by creating infrastructure, programming and increasing access to healthy food."

Cultivate Health facilitates a few free bilingual yoga classes every week, as well as Zumba classes (suggested donation is $4 per adult. However, no one will be turned away. Kids are free.)

The free bilingual yoga classes are facilitated by a few teachers including Cultivate Health's Healthy Living Coordinator, Linnea Bjorkman.

La Casita Community House, in Southwest Denver 

La Casita Community House is an educ-active space located at 3790 Morrison Road, in Southwest Denver. La Casita provides high-quality exercise classes, yoga, support groups, music, and academic classes in southwest Denver, in Spanish or bilingual.  

Yoga in Spanish classes with Adriana Pulgar are on Friday's 11:30 to 12:30 p.m.  To learn more about La Casita's classes, visit their website here

VivirYoga Project: Yoga Para Todos & Kids YogArt, in Southwest Denver

VivirYoga Project, founded by Adriana Rondón-Rivero, is all about movement, art, yoga, and storytelling. She serves children, youth, and adults.

CO Asana Yoga Collective is a collective of 4 yoga instructors with the mission to bring innovative and accessible yoga to our Denver community via donation based classes held throughout the city.

"Yoga Bilingue" teacher, Michelle Smith, was born in Quito, Ecuador and is a native Spanish speaker.  You can find her at a few yoga studios around Denver:
